Question 1

What is ProShots at Home?

Accepted Answer

A private photography service that attends your residence, office or hotel suite across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman to produce passport, residency, executive and family portraiture. A senior photographer brings a complete portable studio and completes the work in one visit.

Question 2

Which emirates do you cover?

Accepted Answer

Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman. Attendance elsewhere in the United Arab Emirates can be arranged by prior agreement.

Question 3

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Fees are quoted on enquiry and depend on the number of sitters, the address and the turnaround required. You receive a written quotation the same working day and the figure does not change afterwards.

Question 4

How long does a sitting take?

Accepted Answer

Between forty and sixty minutes at the address for a single sitter, including setting up, photography, retouching, compliance checking and printing. Larger groups and infants take longer, and we schedule accordingly.

Question 5

Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement?

Accepted Answer

Yes, before attendance, at no charge. We will sign yours or provide our own.

Question 6

Can you attend outside office hours?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Early mornings, evenings and weekends are available by arrangement, as is short-notice attendance where a photographer is free.

Question 7

What do you need at the address?

Accepted Answer

A clear space of roughly two metres by two, and a power socket. Wall colour is irrelevant; we bring our own background.

Question 8

Are the photographs accepted first time?

Accepted Answer

Where a portrait is refused by an embassy, the ICA, the GDRFA or any other authority on a compliance ground, we return and re-photograph at no charge.
